    * Egg, fresh, 4 large
    * Milk, 2%, .1/4 cup
    * Mushrooms, fresh, 5 small
    * Bread, wheat , 1 slice
    * Parsley, dried, 1 tsp
    * Basil, 1tsp
    * Salt, 1 dash
    * Pepper, black, 2 dash
    * Cheddar Cheese, 1/4 cup, shredded


Tear bread into small pieces. Place torn pieces on the bottom of an ungreased small baking dish. clean and slice mushrooms, places them over bread(i make rows but you can do it however you like). Whisk together the eggs and milk. Pour this over the bread and mushrooms. Sprinkle the seasonings on top to add some color and a little more flavor. Finally, sprinkle the cheese evenly over it. Cover and put in a 350*F oven for 25-30 minutes or until it isn't jiggly. after 15 minutes, remove the cover and let it finish cooking.
