    1 La Tortilla Factory Smart & Delicious High Fiber Low Carb Large Whole Wheat Tortilla
    1t Olive oil
    1/2 cup green pepper strips
    1 slice(3/4oz) colby jack cheese (can substitute for any cheese you prefer but this will change the nutritionals)
    2 slices Oscar Mayer Turkey Bacon (cooked)
    1/4 cup Eggbeaters
    2T salsa


Divide cheese in half and lay on tortilla lengthwise down the center. Place cooked bacon on top of this

Saute green pepper strips in 1t oil until desired consitency (I prefer them to still be a little crisp). Remove from pan and spread evenly on top of bacon, cheese and tortilla.

Add Eggbeaters to pan and scramble until set. Pour eggs on top of tortilla with the other ingredients.

Add salsa on top and roll tortilla burrito style.

Eat and enjoy!
