Ingredients

    9 Lasagna noodles
    12 oz. lean ground beef
    3 cups tomato sauce
    225 grams part skim mozzarella cheese
    1 tbsp oregano
    2 tsp marjoram
    2 tsp dried basil
    2 tsp garlic powder

Directions

Makes 8 2"x2" servings
Brown ground beef, drain excess fat, add seasoning and tomato sauce. Simmer for 15 minutes.
While sauce is simmering boil noodles until done to your likeness.
In an 8x8" pan, start with a thin layer of sauce. Begin layers with noodles, sauce, cheese, noodles, sauce, cheese. Continue until everything is used.
Cover pan with plastic wrap and then foil. (the plastic wrap keeps the cheese from hardening).
Bake at 350* for 1 hour.
