    1 quart 2% milk
    2 oz greek yogurt, or any starter yogurt you like.


heat milk to 190 degrees, stirring occasionally. Do not boil.
Remove from heat and cool to 110 degrees. Add small amount of warm milk to yogurt and stir until smooth and combined. Add mixture to remainder of milk and mix thoroughly. Cover and put in oven with pilot light on and let sit at least 8 hours. Refridgerate until cool. 4 servings (1 cup each) if not drained.
