Ingredients

    Water, tap, .5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Garlic, 1 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, red or cayenne, .25 tsp (remove)
    Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz) (remove)
    *Onion (Yellow), 1 med, raw, .5 serving (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 0.25 cup, chopped (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 0.25 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
    Celery, raw, 0.25 cup, diced (remove)
    Ronzoni" Whole Wheat Pasta (2oz), 2 serving

Directions

Chop all veggies and mix with garlic, water and pasta. Cook through until veggies are tender. Add to cooked whole wheat pasta.
