    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    1 onion chopped
    3 garlic cloves minced
    1 tsp salt
    2 carrots chopped
    1 zucchini chopped
    1 bunch kale chopped
    1 cup frozen peas
    1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
    1/4 cup sliced green olives
    2 Tbsp chopped parsley


Heat oil over medium-low. Saute onion, garlic and salt for 5 minutes. Add carrots and zucchini for 5 to 10 (until soft). Stir in the kale, peas, tomatoes, oilves and parsley. Cook 10 to 15 mintues until the kale is tender
