    Egg, 8 extra large
    Celery, raw, 4 medium stalks
    Shallots, 2 tbsp chopped
    Mayonnaise, regular, 1 tbsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    black Pepper, 1 tsp
    Horseradish Mustard, 4 tsp


Chop eggs, celery, shallots, add salt and pepper, mayo and mustard. Enjoy! Light and smooth! love it!
