    Avocados, California (Haas), 2 fruit without skin and seeds (remove)
    Limes, 1 fruit (2" dia) (remove)
    Cilantro, raw, 5 tbsp (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 plum tomato (remove)
    Jalapeno Peppers, .5 pepper (remove)
    Onions, raw, .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Garlic, 1 clove (remove)
    Salt, .25 tsp (remove)
    *Pepper, white, .125 tsp (remove)
    4 dashes - Pepper, red or cayenne
    Garlic powder, .25 tsp (remove)
    *Onion powder, .25 tsp (remove)


Mash avocado and lemon juice with a fork until fluffy and creamy. Chop cilantro, tomato, jalapeno and onion. Add garlic, salt, pepper, cayenne, garlic powder & onion powder. Mix well, and refrigerate for about an hour or so before serving so flavors mix.

Makes 2 1/2 cups total
