Ingredients

    1 1/2 cup water
    1/3 cup olive oil
    1/3 cup honey
    1 egg
    4 1/2 cup freshly milled flour
    2 tsp sea salt
    2 heaping Tbsp Lecithin

Directions

Whisk together water, oil, honey and the egg. Pour into bread machine pan. Whisk together dry ingredients and add on top of liquid ingredients. Make a "well" in dry ingredients and add 1 heaping tbsp yeast. Bake in bread machine on basic wheat setting.
