Introduction

My basic meatloaf. I will be trying an alteration using barbecue sauce at a later date. My basic meatloaf. I will be trying an alteration using barbecue sauce at a later date.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef
    1 egg
    32 club crackers
    4 tbsp ketchup
    2 tbsp ketchup for garnish
    1 tbsp italian seasoning

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray pan (I used olive oil spray on an eight inch round). Mix all ingredients except the last two tbsp ketchup. Place in pan and shape. Garnish with last two tbsp ketchup (this will carmelize while cooking). Bake for 1hr 15 minutes. Will come out medium well and juicy, allowing you to reheat without drying out if you have leftovers.
