Ingredients

    448 grams wheat berries - ground finely (3.5 cups ground)
    1 Tbsp Vital Wheat Gluten
    1/2 tsp granulated lecithin
    1 tsp salt
    1 Tbsp yeast
    3 Tbsp powdered milk
    2 eggs (room temp)
    1/4 c olive oil
    1/4 c honey
    1 cup warm water (scant)

Directions

Place in bread machine in the order stipulated by your owner's manual. Set cycle for manual. remove dough at end of cycle and shape into rolls. Make 16-20 rolls. Place on greased cookie sheet. cover with clean dish towel and let rise 30 min (till doubled in size and fragile). Place in preheated 350 oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, turning pans after first 15 min.

These can be done ahead and frozen in pairs or clumps according to how many you would usually heat for a meal for your famiily. After freezing for 30-45 min on open cookie sheets, place frozen rolls into ziplock bags. Place in center of freezer. They thaw in 30 minutes and you can heat them in the oven at 350 for 7-10 min. wrapped in foil.
