On the box of quaker oats cereal On the box of quaker oats cereal
Number of Servings: 48


    Butter, unsalted, 2 stick
    Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed
    Granulated Sugar, 1/2 cup
    Egg, 2
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Flour ( i use whole wheat) 1.5 cup
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Cinnamon, 1 tbsp
    Oats 3 cup
    Raisins, 1 cup


heat oven to 350*F
beat together margarine and sugars until creamy
add eggs and vanilla, beat well
add combined flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt, mix well
stir in oats and raisins, mix well
drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet
bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown
