    12oz (340g) assorted mushrooms, quartered
    1 bell pepper, sliced
    2 T olive oil
    Salt and pepper to taste


Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and pepper; cook 3-4 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve with Zucchini Cakes as side to complete meal.
