    * Egg, fresh, 10 large (remove)
    * Whole Milk / Vitamin D, 1 cup (remove)
    * Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat, 24 oz (remove)
    * Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 56 grams (remove)
    * Broccoli, frozen, 2 package (10 oz) (remove)
    * Spinach, frozen, 2 package (10 oz) yields (remove)
    * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)


Beat eggs in a medium sized bowl. Add milk and beat some more. Add remainging ingredients and stir vigorously to blend. Pour into a deep, lighly oiled casserole dish and place dish in a 9x13 inch pan filled part way with hot water. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 35-45 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
