    1/3 C oat bran
    1/4 C sugar
    1 1/2 C frozen strawberries
    1C frozen mixed beriies (raspberries, blueberries and blackberries)

    I do mine without sugar or milk and add a little orange juice in the blender instead, really good either way though - 3/12/10
