Ingredients

    2 salmon fillet (4 oz each)
    1 T Light Mayo
    1 T Dijion Mustard
    1/4 c walnuts, finely chopped

Directions

Mix Mayo and Mustard together. Spread over Salmon. Roll in Walnuts.
Bake at 450 about 10 - 12 minutes or till golden brown and flaky.
