Ingredients

    peppers, red & yellow
    1 cup of onion
    mushrooms, sliced
    carrot, bite size pieces,
    tofu, cut into cubes
    whole wheat spaghetti
    feta cheese
    olive oil

Directions

saute vegetables in olive oil until desired tenderness. Cook whole wheat pasta. place pasta in bowl and add cooked vegetables on top. Sprinkle feta on top.
