    1 pkg Fiber One Blueberry Muffin Mix
    3/4 cup water
    1 Tbsp Canola Oil
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp ground flax seeds
    1 medium banana, mashed
    1/4 cup walnuts, chopped


Mix muffin mix, eggs, water and oil together. Add banana, flax and walnuts. Divide into 16 muffin cups sprayed with canola oil spray. Bake 15-20 minutes till golden brown and tops spring back when touched. Cool 5 minutes, carefully remove from pan by running a knife around the edges of each cup before removing. Cool completely before storing.
