    - 6 eggs
    - 1/4 cup nonfat milk
    - 12 slices of reduced calorie wheat bread
    - 1/2 tsp cinnamon
    - 1/4 tsp nutmeg
    - 1 tsp vanilla extract


- mix all ingredients (accept bread) in a bowl/dish with a flat bottom
- spray pan with non-stick cooking spray
- dip both sides of bread into mixture
- cook until golden brown on both sides
