    Yeast, bakers, .50 ounce
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Salt, 1 tsp
    *Extra Light Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    *Flour, white, 2.5 cup
    Granulated Sugar, 6 tsp
    Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed
    Butter, salted, 1 stick
    Cinnamon, ground, 2 tbsp


make dough and roll out 1/2 thick, then spread butter over dough, mix up brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over dough and butter. then start at one end of dough and roll up. Cut into 12 pieces and place in baking dish, bake for 15 min or until dough puffs up and cooks. Drizzle with icing
