Ingredients

    4 red potatoes, about 100 grams each
    4 T Salted Butter
    1/2 c. Chicken Broth, fat free low sodium



Directions

Cut potatoes into chunks.
Boil in water until tender. Drain.
Put potatoes back into pot on medium heat.
Add butter and allow to melt a bit.
Whip with hand-mixer to desired consistency, adding chicken broth to thin as needed.
