Ingredients

    chicken breasts, mushroom soup, stove top stuffing, chicken broth (can be replaced with water for less calories), shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

1. Boil chicken breasts until fully cooked.

2. While boiling breasts, prepare stuffing with warmed chicken broth (or water) per package and set aside covered.

3. Let chicken cool and shred into bite size pieces.

4. Prepare mushroom soup with water and mix with chicken pieces.

5. Slowly mix stuffing into the mushroom soup and chicken mixture. (The final mixture of ingredients should be done in a cake size baking pan.)

6. Flatten mixture in a cake size baking dish and cover with shredded cheese.

7. Bake at 350 degree for 30 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.

Makes 8 (1/2 cup) servings
