Quick and tasty. Something to switch-up your regular pancake breakfast. Quick and tasty. Something to switch-up your regular pancake breakfast.
Number of Servings: 3


    1.75 C water
    .5 tsp beef bouillon crystals
    1 cube chicken bouillon
    1.5 C Potato Buds flakes
    1 medium onion finely chopped
    .25 tsp dried dill
    1 Tbsp Olive Oil


Bring water, bouillon, dill and onion to boil in saucepan. remove from heat. Add potato flakes and stir until liquid is absorbed. Let stand for a minute or two until mixture can be handled without burning your digits. Form into 6 small patties.

Cook pancakes until brown on each side in skillet. Use olive oil for frying.
