    1 Boca Meatless Breaded Chick'n Patty

    .25 block of firm tofu

    2 Tablespoons of Prego Marinara Sauce (or any other vegan marinara sauce of choice)

    -Dried/fresh basil, dried/fresh Oregano, and garlic powder


1) Pre-heat broiler on your oven.

2) While frozen, spread 1 tablespoon of marinara sauce all over chik'n patty. Add a generous amount of basil, oregano, and garlic powder on both sides

3) Put chick'n patty on a piece of foil, then place in broiler.

4) Let patty sit for 3 minutes, then flip over.

5) After flipping over, add piece of tofu on top, then another tablespoon of marinara sauce.

6) Let all of these ingredients sit in broiler for about 2 minutes (depending on how strong your oven is).

7)Turn broiler off, take out, and ENJOY!
