Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 cup Great Value Original liquid eggs
    1 cup fresh spinach
    1/2 cup chopped white onion (more or less based on preference)
    1 cup fresh mushrooms
    1/2 cup chopped fresh tomato
    1 slice fat free swiss cheese

Directions

Pour liquid eggs into skillet on medium heat, let cook for about 1.5 minutes. Add vegetables and flip. Let cook another minute or two. Cheese can be added inside or on top. Makes 1 serving.
