Ingredients

    1/4 large head cabbage, shredded
    1/2 tsp. kosher salt
    1 tsp evaporated cane sugar

    1 Tbsp. Best Foods (Hellmann's) mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. freshly squeezed Meyer lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. finely grated onion
    cracked black pepper, to taste
    handful fresh dill, chopped

Directions

Shred cabbage and place in a medium bowl. Sprinkle with the salt and sugar and toss well. Let stand, preferably an hour, but at least 15 minutes.

Mix the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and grated onion together; pour over cabbage. Add dill; toss well. Add black pepper to taste. Better if allowed to stand for awhile before serving.
