    20 oz Jennio extra lean ground turkey breast
    1 pound white button mushrooms, sliced
    2.5 cups chicken broth
    1/4 cup ww flour
    4 T canola oil, divided
    salt & pepper to taste
    onion powder
    garlic powder


Saute slice mushrooms in 1T canola oil
Brown turkey in 1T canola oil
Make a rue with 2T canola oil and 1/4 ww flour
Add 2.5 cups chicken broth
bring to boil to thicken, reduce heat and simmer
Serve with ww noodles
