This is very close to the commercial egg substitute. This is very close to the commercial egg substitute.
Number of Servings: 1


    2 large egg whites, lightly beaten
    1 Tbsp nonfat DRY milk powder
    1 tsp canola oil
    4 drops yellow food coloring, optional


Lightly beat egg whites.
Add remaining ingredients.
Food coloring can be eliminated or replaced by a bit of turmeric, which adds color.
YIELD: 1/4 cup, equal to 1 large egg
