    For a special occasion!
    2 two-pound live lobsters
    6 TBSP whipped butter
    1 small garlic clove, pressed
    2 1/2 TBSP fresh cilantro, finely chopped
    1 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
    1/2 tsp (scant) ground cumin
    1/4 teaspoon hot smoked Spanish paprika
    (RED HOT! Look for it at specialty stores and online at
    Salt to taste


1. Add enough water to a very large pot to reach depth of 2". Cover. Bring to a boil.
2. When water boils, add lobsters head first, cover, and steam until shells are pink and lobsters are cooked through, about 12 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, melt butter in small skillet over medium heat.
4. Add garlic and saute 1 minute.
5. Stir in remaining ingredients.
6. Season taste with salt.
7. Divide between 2 small bowls. Serve with the lobster.
