Number of Servings: 8


    32 oz of Salmon (skinned, deboned and deveined)
    1 C Panko Ian's brand(as shown and calculated) or Panko (coarse bread crumbs)
    4 T Prepared Horseradish
    2 T Dill weed dried or fresh
    2 T Extra virgin Bertolli Olive oil
    1/8 t salt and pepper


Preheat oven to 475 degrees. Line a large cookie sheet with foil.
In a small bowl, combine croutons (panko), horseradish, dill and oil.
Sprinkle your prepared (skinned, deboned and deveined) salmon with salt and pepper; place on cookie sheet smooth side up. Press the Crouton (panko) mixture (above) evenly on top of fillets. Bake salmon 8 minutes or until golden brown on top and opaque throughout.

Serving size 4 oz fillet.

Serve with Spinach Salad (50/50 mix bag) with cucumbers, tomatoes tossed lightly with olive oil, vinegar and dill weed and Sweet potato Fries (search sparks for recipe)
