    1 pound ground turkey
    1 medium onion-chopped
    1 medium green pepper-chopped (about 1 cup)
    1 Jiffy corn bread mix
    1 can (10 3/4 oz) can Campbell's reduced sodium tomato soup
    1/4 cup salsa
    2 tbsp ketchup-no salt


In a 10-in ovenproof skillet, cook the ground turkey, onion, and green pepper over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Meanwhile, prepare corn bread batter according to package directions; let stand for 2 minutes.

Stir next four ingredients into turkey mixture. Spoon cornbread batter over top. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
