    Mix:
    1-12 oz cottage cheese, small curd
    1-20 oz crushed pineapple in own juice
    1-12 oz Cool whip lite or free
    1-3 oz pk of jello, sugar free

    Mix Cottage cheese and dry jello.
    Mix in Cool Whip
    Add pineapple (drained)'

    Refrigerate overnight for best flavor.

Directions
