Ingredients

    * Sunflower Seeds, without salt, 1 cup, hulled
    * Garlic, 2 cloves
    * *Onion powder, .25 tsp
    * *Coriander, ground, .25 teaspoon,
    * *Cumin seed, .25 tsp
    * Cilantro, raw, 1 tbsp (approximately)
    * Pepper, red or cayenne, .25 tsp
    *Tahini, 1 tbsp
    * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    * Lemon juice, .5 fl oz
    * Water, tap, 2 fl oz - HOT just enough to help the processor.

Directions

place all ingredients except the Olive oil, lemon, and water in a food processor. Pulse for about 1 min, then add the Olive oil and the Lemon juice. Pulse and add water as needed to allow the mixture to stick and form "balls".

I lined a dehydrator tray with parchment paper and placed the balls on the tray - then popped them in the dehydrator for a bit to warm them.
