Introduction

This is a 'borrowed' recipe from the Neelys/Food Network. I changed it to my personal preferences, and according to how many I serve at my house. This is a 'borrowed' recipe from the Neelys/Food Network. I changed it to my personal preferences, and according to how many I serve at my house.

Ingredients

    1/2 tsp olive oil
    1/2 tsp paprika
    1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
    1 sweet potato, peeled and cut lengthwise into 1/2-inch wide strips
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 Tbsp brown sugar

Directions

*Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
*In a large bowl, mix together olive oil, paprika, cinnamon, brown sugar and salt.
*Toss the potato strips into the mixture, to coat well, and spread onto baking sheet in a single layer.

Bake for 30 minutes, turning every 10 minutes.
