    fat free milk
    3 egg yolk


1 1/2 quart glass casserole, combine sugar, cornstarch and salt. Add milk gradually, mixing well. Cook microwave 6 minutes or until thick, stirring at end of each minute. Add this hot mixture slowly to beaten egg yolks stirring well. Cook 2 minutes or until thick, stirring at end of each 30 seconds. Add vanilla butter and stir well. Cool pudding to room temperature.
