Ingredients

    1 lb chicken breast, skinned & deboned
    3/4 cup chopped onion
    7 garlic cloves
    10 medium fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 lb bean sprouts
    3 cups fresh broccoli, chopped
    1/2 lb snow pea pods
    3 medium carrots, thinly sliced
    1 cup unsalted cashews
    1/3 cup soy sauce (low sodium)
    1/3 cup oyster sauce

Directions

1. Cut chicken into bite size pieces and place in wok. Cook for about 10 mins stirring fre1uenetly until no longer pink.

2. Add in chopped onion and garlic and stir-fry until tender

3. Mix all other vegetables and cashews, add soy sauce and oyster sauce. Mix well.

4. cover and cook for 15 mins stirring every 5 mins.

5. Remove pan from heat and serve over steamed white rice.
