This low-fat smoothie is great for breakfast or at any time of your day!It tastes delicious, fills you up and doesn't take long to make.It's also very healthy. Ingredients

    1 med banana
    1 cup skim milk
    1/2 cup low-calorie yogurt
    1/2 cup cherries
    cinnamon to taste

Directions

Cut banana in small pieces, add milk, cherries, yogurt (I like finnish Valio 0,1%fat, it's great!!) and cinnamon.You can use fruit yougurt for more taste.Mix in blender or with mixer until smooth and bubbly..Enjoy!
