    1 lb pasta, cooked
    1/4 c non fat milk
    2 wedges laughing cow cheese
    3 Tblsp whipped butter
    3 Tblsp Parmesan Cheese
    garlic, black pepper, salt, red pepper flakes to taste


Drain cooked pasta. Add whipped butter, milk, garlic, parmesan and laughing cow cheese to hot pasta, toss to coat, season with pepper and salt
