Ingredients

    1 16 oz. bag Luigi Vitelli organic whole wheat pasta (penne rigate)
    2 4.5 oz. cans chunk light tuna, packed in water
    1 cup Pacific Naturals organic Cream of Broccoli soup
    1/4 cup light cream
    1 8 oz. package Cabot Seriously Sharp cheddar cheese, cut into small chunks
    1 16 oz. package organic frozen broccoli florets
    1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions

In a dutch oven, bring water to boil. Cook pasta according to package directions to al dente doneness. Drain. Add tuna, soup, cream, cheese and broccoli florets to dutch oven and combine well. Mix in cooked and drained pasta, stirring gently. Top with parmesan cheese. Bake for 45 min at 350 degrees F.
Makes about 8 1.5-cup servings.
