Ingredients

1 Cinnamon raisin bagel (or any other type works too)
    1 T cinnamon sugar

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Slice bagel into thin slices. Spray baking sheet with nonstick spray and layer bagel slices on top. Spray bagel slices with nonstick spray and season. Bake for 10 minutes or until crisp to the touch. This is such a versatile recipe. I've used cheesy bagels with garlic, poppyseed bagels with lemon pepper seasoning, plain bagels with cajun seasoning, plain bagels with garlic/herb seasoning and Oat bagels with a drizzle of honey. All were very good!

    Very Good
Made some yesterday: wheat bagel w/ Italian seasoning and garlic powder, wheat w/ chili powder, and cinnamon raisin w/ no seasoning (didn't have anything to put on them). The ones with Italian seasoning are pretty good--one of my friends said they're "like pita chips, but better"! - 4/22/13
