    1 TBS olive oil
    1 chicken breast, sliced thin
    salt & pepper
    1/2 large onion, sliced
    1 large carrot, sliced into matchsticks
    1 large zucchini, sliced into matchsticks
    3-4 TBS citrus ponzu sauce
    splashes of water
    1 TBS corn starch
    1/2 box whole wheat spaghetti, cooked


Heat oil in wok. Season chicken with salt & pepper and saute with 1-2 TBS ponzu sauce; deglaze the wok with a bit of water. Add onion and carrots and cook for 3-5 minutes. Add another splash of ponzu Add zucchini and cook for 2-3 min. Add enough water or broth to make 1/2 to 1 c sauce. Add corn starch mixed with water and cook till thickened. Add in spaghetti noodles and toss together. Serves 4
