I love crepes and was thinking to myself, why not make a healthier version. Number of Servings: 11
Ingredients

1 cup whole wheat flour
2 tbsp melted butter
2 eggs
1 cup non fat milk
a dash of salt
Optional:
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 envelopes splenda ( I like them sweet )
Directions
Makes about 11 small and thin crepes the way I like them :)
Each serving equals three crepes
Whisk all ingredients and pour desired amount in a non-stick pan over low heat for less than a minute or until the color of the batter changes (depends on the thickness)
Flip and wait for another 30 seconds or less
Serve hot
