    Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz)
    Couscous, 1 cup, cooked
    *Peacans (halved & no salt), 1.5 oz
    Apricots, dried, .50 cup, halves
    Ginger, ground, .50 tsp
    *Cumin seed, .50 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, .50 tsp
    Salt, 3 tsp
    Parsley, .25 cup
    Lime Juice, 1 lime yields


boil water, in large bowl combine couscous, nuts, apricots, lime juice, lime zest, and seasonings stir together, then when water comes to boil pour over mixture in bowl wrap with plastic wrap and set aside. When couscous absorbes all the liquid fluff with a fork and add parsley.
