Pie crust (graham cracker or regular)
    2 large bananas
    1pint whipping cream
    1 1/4 cup milk
1 large box of sugar free banana pudding mix

Cut the bananas up and line the crust bottom and sides with the bananas. Combine the pudding with milk until stiff then place in the refridgerator while whipping cream. Set aside 1/2 of the cream for the top of the pie. Fold pudding mix into cream and place over the banans. Top with remainng cream. Serve chilled!

You can make this recipe as healthy as you prefer. I have a very picky eater in my husband who swears he can taste the difference with low fat or low sugar foods but he loves this recipe. I use nonfat milk and sugar free, fat free pudding mix. You could use cool whip fat free too probably but I've not done that yet. You could also make your own pie crust using butter substitute and low fat grahams.
