    2 c Bob's Red Mill Rice or Gluten Free Baking Mix, 2 cups OJ, 3/4 c Crasins, 1 large egg, 1/2 c sugar, 2 tbs canola oil, 1 tsp vanilla


Beat sugar, eggs, oil and vanilla. Add orange juice. Mix well. Stir in flour 1 cup at a time and add Crasins. Pour into 3 greased (canola spray) mini bread pans. Bake at 350 for 25-30 min. Cool on baking rack out of the tins. Yields 15 servings, approximately 5 slices per loaf.
