    1 bunch bok choy, separated and washed
    1 cup broccoli florets
    1 cup sliced portobello mushrooms
    1/2 onion, sliced

    1/2 onion
    1/2 tomato
    a couple tablespoons rice vinegar
    a couple tablespoons Braggs Liquid Aminos
    five spice powder, cumin, paprika to taste


Blend marinade in a blender and pour over prepared vegetables. Marinate for at least for hours or overnight.

Dehydrate 30 minutes to 1 hour to warm and slightly "cook" vegetables.
