    Cake Mix:

    2 cups flour
    2 cups sugar
    2 tsp baking soda
    2 eggs
    Dash of salt
    1 can 20 oz crush pineapple
    2 cups walnuts or pecans (your preference)

    Cream Cheese Frosting:

    1 stick of butter
    1 8oz cream cheese
    2 cups powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla



Mix together: flour, sugar, baking soda eggs, salt, crushed pineapple w/ the juice (20 oz .can) and nuts.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

For the icing:
-Mix together butter and cream cheese.
-Add vanilla
-Add powdered sugar gradually while mixing cream.

Pour over cake warm!
