    1-14oz bag of Coleslaw Mix(shredded cabbage)
    1- 10.75 can of Cream of Chicken soup
    1- Medium Onion, chopped
    1- Clove of Garlic, chopped
    2- medium sized potatoes, thinly sliced
    1- TSP of Koshar salt
    1-TSP of ground black pepper
    2- table spoons of Cider Vinager
    2- Table spoons olive oil
    8oz- Pork (your choice of cut, chopped, cubed loin used here)
    1- table spoon Mrs. Dash


Season pork with Mrs. Dash (you may also like to season to taste with salt and pepper). Heat olive oil in a dutch oven and add pork and potatoes, cook until potatoes and pork are nearly done (about 5-10 minutes), then add chopped onion and garlic to the pan and cook until onion done.

Add salt, pepper,vinager and half of the chicken stock and mix. Then add coleslaw mix and top with the remaining chicken stock and mix. Continue to cook over medium heat untill potatoes and cabbage are fully cooked.

When cabbage and potatoes are fully cooked add cream of chicken soup and mix very well and continue to cook over medium heat until hot.
