Ingredients

    1 pound of ground pork
    garlic to taste
    3 green onions
    cilantro
    hoison sauce
    oyster sauce
    fish sauce

Directions

Brown the ground pork with garlic, drain the oil and add in the green onion, cilantro and alittle bit of all 3 sauces.

Pepper sauce to go with it: cut up some pepper and garlic. Smash them in your smasher, cut up some green onion and cilantro mix with fish sauce and add a little bit of sugar and lime.
