    -- 2 tasses de farine blanche
    -- 3/4 de tasse de gruau nature
    -- 40 ml. d'huile d'olive
    -- 40 ml. de compote de pommes sans sucre
    -- 1/3 de tasse de melasse
    -- 1/2 tasse de cassonade
    -- 1 1/2 tasse de lait 1%
    -- 1 tasse de carottes rpes (environ 3 carottes moyennes)
    -- 1 tasse de raisins secs
    -- 2 c. a the de poudre a pate
    -- 1. c. the de canelle
    -- 1c. a the de muscade
    -- 1 pincee de sel
    -- 1/4 de tasse de noix de grenobles emiettees


-- Prechauffer le four a 375 degre F
-- Melanger ensemble la farine, le gruau, la poudre a pate, la canelle, la muscade et le sel.
-- Dans un autre bol melanger : l'huile d'olive, la compote de pommes, la melasse, le lait, la cassonade
-- Bien melanger les liquides et les ingredients secs et ensuite ajouter les carottes, les noix et les raisins secs.
-- Mettre dans des moules a muffins.
-- Cuire pendant 22 a 25 minutes
